1. Shipping Locations 📍
We currently ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and rural areas. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges 💰
- Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A small convenience fee may apply for COD orders.
3. Estimated Delivery Time ⏳
For metro Cities, the order will be delivered within 3-5 business days
For other cities & towns, the order will be delivered within 5-7 business days
For remote location , the order will be delivered within 7-10 business days
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistics issues.
4. Shipping Partners & Tracking 📦
We partner with reliable courier services for fast and secure delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts 🚚
- If the courier is unable to deliver, they will attempt delivery twice before returning the order.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items ❌
If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
