✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• 🛠️ The product is defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
• 📅 The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• 📦 The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories (manuals, cables, etc.).

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• The product has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
• The return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind).
• The product is returned without original packaging or accessories.

🔁 2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2️⃣ Provide your order details, product images, and the reason for return.
3️⃣ Our team will verify your request and provide pickup or return instructions.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the product, your replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.

💰 3. Refund Policy

• If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For canceled orders, refunds will also be processed to the original payment method within the same time frame.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a free replacement, if reported within 7 days of delivery.
• A same-model replacement will be provided (subject to availability).
  • If the same model is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or a full refund.
• Approved replacement orders will be delivered within 10 business days.

• Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
